The Stirling Club is seeking qualified candidates for the Porter/Barback position in the Hospitality & Beverage Department. Located in the prestigious Turnberry Place community, The Stirling Club is a private luxury city club offering 73,000 square feet of elevated dining, wellness, and social amenities. This is a {full‑time} position located in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Position Description: Under the general supervision of the Beverage Manager, the Porter / Busser supports bar operations, inventory management, and venue cleanliness. This role is ideal for a self‑starter who is eager to learn the club’s beverage program, service standards, and operational flow. Responsibilities of the Porter / Barback may include, without limitation:

  • Full event setups, breakdowns, and beverage staging, including moving 6’ and 8’ round and buffet tables. Setting of chairs, chafing dishes, portable bars, and back tables according to event layout design.
  • Stocking bars with liquor, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and supplies for events.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of bar areas and storage rooms;
  • Assisting servers and bartenders during service by replenishing ice, tools, and products, as well as closing duties.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and communicating shortages to management;
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications: The Porter / Busser will be selected with special preference given to the candidate’s training, experience, and aptitude in hospitality, beverage operations, and customer service. A qualified candidate must have: (1) Prior experience performing busser or porter duties, or hospitality support; (2) A high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1–3 years of relevant hospitality experience.

  • Familiarity with bar tools, products, and basic beverage operations;
